Grain-Free Apple Crisp

Here’s our recipe for our
⭐️Grain free apple crisp ⭐️

Filling:
4 apples, chopped into large pieces
1 lemon, juice and zest
2 tablespoons of Lakanto maple syrup
1 tablespoon classic Lakanto monkfruit sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons arrowroot powder

Topping:
1/12 cups almond flour ‬
2 tablespoons coconut flour
A pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
3 tablespoons coconut oil
3/4 cup pecans
2 tablespoons Lakanto maple syrup
1/8 of a cup of classic Lakanto monkfruit sweetener

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Add all filling ingredients to a large bowl, incorporate well
Pour pie filling into a greased pie pan
Add all topping ingredients into a large bowl until well combined
Press chunks of the topping dough onto the pie filling, cover filling evenly
Bake pie covered for 20 minutes
Uncover and bake for about 25 minutes or until the crust gets golden brown
