Grain free, sugar free (KETO) OREOS 🥳
Personally, I don’t subscribe to any diets, I’m simply on the real food train. But I find myself eating keto treats often because I love a good high fat, low sugar treat when I indulge.
Generally speaking, women’s bodies don’t do as well on a keto diet, it can mess with your hormones and cycle.
A drop in carbohydrate intake has the ability to affect the thyroid and hormone production.

⚡️Keto Oreos⚡️
1 bar of sugar free @lilys_sweets_chocolate, melted
3/4 cup of @onnit trilogy butter (game change)
2 T raw cacao powder
1/2 cup of @lakantosweetener Monk fruit

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Place in refrigerator and preheat oven to 350°. Roll cookies into small 12 balls, fatten on a baking sheet & bake for about 12-15mim. Let them cool then stuff with my sugar free cream cheese frosting!!

8oz of cream cheese, I used @nancysyogurt
1/2 cup of vanilla bean ghee, I used @fourthandheart
1/2 cup @lakantosweetener sugar-free powder sugar
set cream cheese on the counter for 10-20min, combine all ingredients together and mix well, ENJOY!
