You Eat What Your Food Ate

YOU EAT WHAT YOUR FOOD ATE

I’m conscious about the meat & dairy products I consume.
Remember, you eat what your food ate. If you’re consuming conventional eggs/dairy/meat you’re getting that with a side of antibiotics, drugs, hormones & GMO feed.
Here’s a little guide on what to look for when buying consciously:
✖️EGGS: organic, pasture raised
✖️CHICKEN: organic, pasture raised
✖️FISH: wild caught or responsibly farmed
✖️RED MEAT: organic, pasture raised, grass fed & grass finished (if not pasture finished they could be fed corn at the end of their lives to fatten them up)
✖️DAIRY of all kinds: organic, pasture raised, grass fed
