The ultimate immune tonic

It’s tangy, sweet and spicy all at the same time and really bolsters the immune system to fight off sickness!
I have been taking a shot of it every morning on an empty stomach but you can also add it to your smoothies/kombucha, drizzle over roasted veggies, use as a marinade, or even use as a salad dressing!
The addition of Manuka honey gives it an extra boost of immune fighting properties not found in most fire ciders!

*Please note! This has to sit for 4 weeks before its ready so make sure you prepare ahead!
HOW TO MAKE:
4 Oranges
2 Lemon
1/2 cup of chopped ginger
2 yellow onions, peeled
10 cloves of garlic, chopped
4-5 jalapeños
4-5 habaneros (if you want it spicy)
2 pinky sized pieces of Turmeric
32 oz of organic Apple cider vinegar
Large glass jar - at least 64 ounces
1/4-1/2 cup of Manuka honey - added at the end of the 4 weeks!

Cut everything and place in the jar, pour apple cider vinegar over. Cover your jar with plastic and let it sit on your counter 4 weeks to ferment!
Once it's ready, strain the fruit, add honey and its ready to be consumed! Typical serving size is 1-3 shots a day!
