SINGLE SERVING NO-SUGAR-ADDED SNICKERS BAR!
(Ad)
For when you’re like me, are social distancing and don’t want a whole a batch of sweets around. If you’re social distancing with a crew (like your fam) and want to make more I also have the full recipe listed below.
OOOKAY friends, these are insane. I think they’re my favorite recipe I have ever made. THEY'RE SO GOOD & legit taste like the real thing! I know everyone says this, but trust me. I was shocked too, they really do! +

12 @lilys_sweets new no-sugar-added caramels
1 tsp Coconut flour
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp of monk fruit maple syrup
Handful of peanuts
1 tsp of ghee or coconut oil
Pink Salt

To make a batch of 6 full size bars or 12 fun size bars:
2 bags of Lilys no-sugar-added caramels
1/2 cup of pb
2 Tbsp monk fruit maple syrup
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1 container of peanuts
Pink salt
3 tsp of ghee or coconut oil (You may need some extra Lilys dark chocolate to melt for the chocolate topping)

Make sure your PB is room temp and soft. In a bowl, mix together your PB, coconut flour and maple syrup. Form a bar shape with it and place it in the freezer for about 20 mins. Meanwhile, peel the chocolate off your Lily's caramels, setting aside the chocolate in a separate bowl from the caramels (you’re going to save this to melt for the chocolate covering!) Pull your PB bar out of the freezer and form a layer of the caramel over the bar. Top with peanuts and a few grinds of pink salt. Place in the freezer again for at least another 20 minutes. Right before you pull the bar(s) out of the freezer, melt your chocolate and ghee or coconut oil. Cover the bar(s) in the chocolate and place it again in the freezer. Let the chocolate harden then it's ready to be consumed! Let me know if you make them! #lilyssweets #LessSugarSweetLife #TreatYourself
