Chocolate Reishi Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is one of my favorite things to have for breakfast these days. Not only is it super delicious and feels like you’re having dessert for breakfast, but it’s very filling and loaded with heart healthy omega 3’s and brain boosting fats to give you a boost of energy in the morning. There’s a lot you can do with it too, so you never get bored with it.

My personal favorite is making it with Rebbl super herb elixirs - more specifically the Reishi chocolate. When added to chia seeds, it tastes like the most divine dark chocolate pudding and it’s actually healthy for you! It’s low in sugar and high in healthy fats from coconut, making it a fantastic addition to your morning routine. Their drinks are also organic, non-GMO, and free from fillers and artificial ingredients. They’re made from real food ingredients you recognize.

You all know by now that I talk a lot about ingredients and how important it is to read those labels. We are living in a time where we are being bombarded with food like products, loaded with preservatives, stabilizers and artificial ingredients, barely resembling food anymore. If you don’t recognize these ingredients how are your cells going to recognize and utilize these artificial ingredients to perform the most basic functions of your body? The answer is, they don’t, and most of these artificial ingredients get tossed aside and sent to fat storage because your body doesn’t know what to do with them. Bonus, there’s added health benefits from the reishi, a mushroom called “the divine mushroom of immortality” because of it’s almost endless list of health benefits. It’s ability to help with reducing anxiety and stress being one of personal favorite benefits.

I hope you enjoy as much as I did!
