Grain-free Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies! 🌲❤️
Friends. These cookies are koo-koo bananas good!
They’re also completely sugar free except for the white chocolate chips! Someone needs to make a sugar free white chocolate chip (cough @lilys_sweets cough)

Also, they didn’t come out green this year -they usually do! The dough was green going in (you can see on my stories) but they came out of the oven not green! Where my bakers at? Some sort of chemical reaction happened in the oven making them not green anymore! So edited in the green. Swipe to see the OG color sans edit.
I use matcha or a non-toxic plant based food dye to color them.

Make them at home!

2 cups @bobsredmill almond flour
¼ cup @fourthandheart vanilla ghee (or coconut oil)
3-4 grinds of Himalayan pink salt (or 1/4 tsp)
@vitalfarms pasture raised egg
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 droppers full of @wingedcbd peppermint CBD (or 1tsp peppermint extract)
2-3 tsp matcha or a good amount of plant based food dye - eye it
1/3 cup @lakanto golden monkfruit sugar
1/4 cup @lilys_sweets dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup white chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Mix the almond meal, salt, sugar and baking soda, then add the vanilla extract and melted ghee or coconut oil. Mix well

3. Add the egg, cbd & food dye or matcha, mix well

4. Add in chocolate chips, mixing well.

5. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.

6. Let them cool. They will harden up a bit as they cool! I like to store them in the freezer so they stay nice and hard
