Almond Coconut Mylk
And on day...WHAT DAY OF QUAR IS THIS?...she made Almond Coconut Mylk.
Nothing fancy, can easily be made in the safety of your own home while you’re social distancing, with super simple ingredients.

All you need is:
A blender & strainer
1 cup of Almonds
5 cups of Filtered Water
Coconut cream (or canned coconut milk)
Sea salt or pink salt
Optional: vanilla extract, sweetener of choice (dates, maple syrup, honey, monkfruit)

Blend your almonds in a blender until really blended. Strain the almonds out, add in salt & the optional ingredients! Any nut can be substituted out. I love using cashews or pistachios! It’s fun to mix it up each week and it keeps your morning coffee interesting! It’s the little things in the quar, am I right?
