Homemade Cheesy Gordita Crunch
Anyone remember Taco Bell’s cheesy gordita crunch? 🌮
Believe it or not, there was a time this girl had a certain affinity for the cheesy gordita crunch. If you haven’t had one after a night of a few too many drinks have you even lived? Happy to have those college days behind me!
I wouldn’t touch one these days, they’re just loaded with a bunch of crap and why do something that I know will make me sick when I can make one at home?

Made with @so_delicious cheeze & @sietefoods’s new hard shell tacos and cashew flour tortilla.
Heat oven to 400°. Lay out your soft tortillas on a baking sheet, add desired type of cheese and bake for 5-7mim.
Place a crunchy taco on top of each baked tortilla (only covering half), pressing gently to adhere cheese. Flip tacos with a spatula to adhere cheese to the other side of the taco shells. Fill taco with sweet potato, beef or both. Oh, and drizzle with @sietefood blanco cheese ftw!
