Lobster Mac

1 box of pasta ( I used banza elbows)
4Tbsp butter
1 bag of @violife_foods vegan cheddar (or bag of organic pasture raised cheese)
2 Lobster tails (got mine through @farmerscartofficial)

Steam your lobster tails on a double broiler for 5 mins.

Meanwhile cook your pasta as directed on the box, drain the pasta and set aside at least a 1/2 cup of your pasta water. Set the pasta aside to cool.

Meanwhile melt your butter with half a bag of the cheddar. As it melts down add add the rest of the cheese. Pour in 2 Tbsp of pasta water and keep stirring till all the cheese is melted.
From here you can add more butter or pasta water to get the desired thickness and taste!

Give your pasta a quick rinse and re drain, transfer to a bowl and pour the cheese sauce over. Mixing until the cheese is spread evenly throughout the noodles.
Pull your lobster out of the shell & chop into cubes. Throw the lobster in the Mac & serve piping hot!
