Matcha lemonade
I’ve always drank matcha for the health benefits but taste wise it’s never been my favorite. Enter lemonade! I love anything lemon & this makes the matcha taste soo good.
It’s my new fav drink going into summer ☀️
Make your lemonade first (you’ll have lots leftover for multiple glasses):
10 lemons
3 cups water
40 drops of liquid monk fruit
Mix 2 ounces of water with matcha to make a matcha “shot”
Squeeze lemons into a bowl and dilute with water. Mix with monk fruit and then pour 1/2 - 1 cup of the lemonade mixture into glass and add your 2 ounces of matcha over ice. Enjoy!
