Chocolate Chip Whoopie Pies

⚡️Chocolate chip whoopie pies⚡️
Grain free, refined sugar free, high fat & low in sugar!!
Babes I’m gonna be real. These are dangerously good 😏

1-1/4 cups almond flour
1/2 cup @lakantosweetener monk fruit
1/2 cup @fourthandheart vanilla ghee
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate chocolate chips
@fourthandheart Chocti, for fillling

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Combine all ingredients except chocti in a large bowl, mixing well.
3. Chill dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes
4. Form dough into balls, place on a non-stick baking sheet & flatten into cookie rounds with the back of a spoon
5. Bake 12 minutes, or until edges are crisp
6. Allow the cookies to cool. They will harden when they’re cooled down.
7. Use about 2 tsp of @fourthandheart chocti to fill between each cookie.
