Buttah Cookies
Happy freakin National Butter day! First thing I did when I got to my house last night was make my
✨BUTTAH COOKIES ✨
Grain free, sugar free, keto friendly!
1-1/4 cups almond flour
1/2 cup granulated @lakantosweetener monk fruit
1/2 cup @fourthandheart vanilla ghee
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
MAKE:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Place dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.
4. Form dough into balls, place on a non-stick baking sheet and use a fork to flatten into cookie rounds.
5. Bake 12 minutes, or until edges begin to crisp.
